Sarah Fink is counsel at KaiserDillon PLLC. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, government investigations, professional responsibility and white collar criminal matters.

A cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Sarah has clerked twice for the Department of Justice: for the Criminal Division’s Securities and Financial Fraud Unit, and the Office of International Affairs’ Mexico and Central America Team. She also supported the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic where she drafted and developed a brief for submission to the Kenyan High Court challenging the constitutionality of Kenyan inheritance laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah acted as in house counsel and contract manager for a Fortune 500 company where she counseled on data privacy and cybersecurity matters and represented the company in drafting complex customer and supplier agreements with multinational corporations.

Sarah is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of New York.  She is fluent in Spanish.
